HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT: Choose a date, an available time, and a test from the options below. If you are booking for 1-7 people coming at the same time, just choose 1 time slot and indicate the number of people you need tests for in the “details” box.

If the date you are trying to book for is filled in by a BLUE color, it means that all evening appointments are booked or the lab will be closed that evening. GIVE US A CALL to check for availability during times outside the evening regular open times.

Our laboratory provides self-directed testing for medical or non-medical reasons, such as employment, travel, conferences, events, etc. (for Covid tests). Payment is due at the time of service. 3% off for cash payment on Covid tests.

Lindon Labs will accept limited insurances for Covid testing with a doctor’s order that includes diagnosis codes and doctor’s information. Some of the insurance companies we have accepted in the past are Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Utah, DMBA, SelectHealth, EMI, Cigna, and United Healthcare Insurance.

SELF-DIRECTED tests are available for patients 18 years old and older.

Newly added tests: lipid panel (cholesterol, HDL, Triglycerides + Glucose); TSH screen (for elevated TSH); HbA1C (hemoglobin A1C); and Women’s sexual health tests (Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Trichomoniasis – by PCR, self collected test. In menu as “STI by PCR”)
